romantic getaway in the heart of it all
perfect locationpeaceful respitelovely swimming poolconvenient car park
the location was perfect, a short stroll to the main attractions. the outdoor spaces offered a peaceful respite, a perfect spot to unwind. the well-kept swimming pool was lovely with a nice outdoor bar area. i found the on-site car park very convenient.
the minibar in the room was completely empty, a little disappointing.

The self-service breakfast bar had a very good selection each morning. the restaurant offered a limited menu in the evening, repeated nightly. The food was AMAZING!!! the buffet breakfast is a great bargain.

The room was really comfortable, and it featured a nice view. the bathroom included a bath with a shower point inside it. the rooms were spacious and always clean. The room service was excellent, prompt and careful.

the well-kept swimming pool and gardens surrounding the hotel gave a nice feeling of space. the spa is a benefit, offering a steam room, sauna, and a jacuzzi. the gym is well-equipped and the spa is great.

charmed by my stay

this hotel was excellent, it had a perfect location. it was great for exploring. the rooms was comfortable, clean and they offer a really excellent service. the pool area is just fine with lifeguard. the pool area is kept very well.
the front desk personnel only seemed to do the minimum, though he did attempted to appear helpful. i tried to borrow umbrella but they didn't have any left.

the staff was helpful, especially when communicating with our taxi driver. i enjoyed my spa treatments, and the hotel cat was pretty cute. i appreciated the inclusion of water spa facilities (a great feature).
the air conditioning is set for the entire hotel, resulting in the rooms being too warm.

the room was clean and a good size the pool area was wonderful and i liked the garden i found parking easy considering the hotel's central location it made access simple. the staff were lovely and helpful i appreciated their assistance. the breakfast food was excellent and offered many options the swimming area was top notch too.
the air conditioning is preset which meant i could not fully adjust the room temperature to my liking

the hotel restaurant provides a great menu with options for various dietary needs the on-site restaurant offers great food. breakfast included scrambled eggs and omelets and bacon. there were sausages and cheeses plus a lot of fresh fruit.

the room had a good size and it was clean. the pool was great and the garden was too. the parking was easy considering the central location.
the front desk staff acted friendly but did the minimum. i called to ask about taxi fares to avignon, but the staff did not know. he also did not offer to find out (i found this unhelpful). the air conditioning was preset to 22c and it was too warm.

The front desk staff was excellent and helpful. They spoke english fluently.
the room's decor felt quite outdated. the sink in the toilet had a problem, and one of the room's lights did not function properly. i reported these issues, but no action was taken.
